The present Terms of Use (hereinafter - “Terms”) govern your use of our website Radana Integrated Service System (hereinafter - “Website”) which is administrated by PT Radana Bhaskara Finance Tbk (hereinafter - “Company”).

The cCompany is a financing company registered with the Financial Services Authority (“OJK”) engaged in conventional and sharia financing services including investment financing, working capital financing, multi-purpose financing, other financing business activities based on OJK approval, operating leases, buying and selling financing, and service financing. Website is a medium for prospective customers to obtain information or submit financing application to the Company. You hereby represent that you provide the Company with all true and correct information that we need to consider and assess your credibility and ability to fulfill the terms and repayment of the financing facility.

This Terms, along with any additional terms and conditions that are referenced herein or that are presented elsewhere on the Website in relation to a specific service or feature and Privacy Policy, set forth the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Website.

If you disagree with this Terms or any part of this Terms as well as with Privacy Policy, you must not use our Website. By using the Website, you agree to follow the present Terms and Privacy Policy.

1. Providing a platform to inform prospective debtors who intend to obtain financing facilities from the Company;
2. Take action in a sequence in the form of selecting, analyzing, and approving financing applications submitted by prospective debtors. The Company has the right to display, change, delete, remove or add any content contained on the Website, as well as all the Services provided by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to determine the amount of financing that will be granted from the submitted application. The Company's decision to provide financing facility is based on Company assessment on the financing risk, and the Company has no obligation to provide an explanation regarding the rejection or adjustment of the financing amount.

However, there may be occasions when information featured on our Website may contain typographical errors, incomplete data, inaccuracies and/or any unintentional errors. Your failure to comply with this Terms automatically revokes your authorization to use the Website and terminates all rights granted to you under the Terms. Your obligations to the Company shall continue upon termination of your rights under the Terms, including restrictions regarding the Content, disclaimers and liability limitations under the Terms. If your rights are terminated, you must promptly destroy all Content obtained from this Website, as well as all copies of Content.
