It is hereby announced that the Company has carried out the Capital Increase Without Pre-emptive Rights (“PMTHMETD”) on November 26, 2021 by issuing 445,473,000 new shares with a nominal value of Rp100,- per share, at an exercise price of Rp200,-.
It is hereby announced that the Company has conducted Capital Increase Without Pre-emptive Rights on November 26, 2021 by issuing 445.473.000 new shares with the nominal value of IDR 100,- per share, at the exercise price of IDR 200,- which were subscribed by:
- Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Pte Ltd in amount of 28.502.000 shares;
- Allendale Holdings Inc in amount of 25.000.000 shares;
- Arief Harris Tandjung in amount of 10.000.000 shares;
- Daniel Budiman in amount of 2.500.000 shares;
- Evelyn Juwita Sasmito in amount of 70.000.000 shares;
- Henry Maknawi in amount of 50.000.000 shares;
- Ho Hui Jie in amount of 3.500.000 shares;
- Jonathan Setiawan in amount of 8.250.000 shares;
- Kembangan Holdings Ltd in amount of 8.000.000 shares;
- Lim Wen Yao, Lloyd in amount of 7.000.000 shares;
- Tay Zhong Hao Wesley in amount of 3.500.000 shares;
- Tjio Shan in amount of 14.221.000 shares; and
- Zayucel Ltd in amount of 215.000.000 shares.
Funds received by the Company after deducting the allocation for costs associated to the Capital Increase Without Pre-emptive Rights shall be used for investment and working capital for the Company.
